Software for generalised linear spatial models using R

Package geoRglm is an extension to the package geoR by Paulo J. Ribeiro Jr and Peter J. Diggle.
One need first to install geoR from the geoR homepage.

• Latest versions

We no longer provide the package source here, but refer to CRAN where the latest version can be found.

Some extensions provided by Michel Goulard are (for the moment) given here: bionimal kriging using with moving neighborhood (function binom.krige1 is a modification of binom.krige) and crossvalidation with binomial kriging (function xvalid.binom).

geoRglm is available as Free Software under the terms of the Free Software Foundation's GNU General Public License.

Please note that as a free library, geoRglm is supplied without any warranty.

We are grateful to Peter J. Diggle for giving encouragement and support to the development of the package. The original version of the function asympvar was made by Rasmus Waagepetersen. Also some of the C-code for the MCMC-algorithms is based on code originally developed together with Rasmus.
